1. About these Website Terms

The website www.kidsbeyondcancer.com.au (“Website“) is owned and operated by Kids Beyond Cancer (collectively, “Kids Beyond Cancer“, “We“, “Our” and/or “Us“), as part of the RECOVER Research Project.

These terms and conditions (“Website Terms”) govern Your access to and use of this Website. The Website Terms are in addition to any other agreements You may have with Kids Beyond Cancer and in no way operate to modify, revise or amend the terms of such other agreements.

These Website Terms were last updated on 16 December 2025.

Each time You use, browse or access this Website, You indicate Your acknowledgment and acceptance of the Website Terms, which We may revise periodically without notice.

If You do not accept these Terms, do not use the Website. If You do not comply with any of the Terms, You must immediately terminate Your use of the Website.

We make no representations or warranties that use of the Content and/or the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the Content and/or the Website will be free of viruses or any other harmful components. Kids Beyond Cancer does not require Users to register an Account to access or use the Website.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any Content. We reserve the right, in Our absolute discretion, to block, modify or remove any Content without notice to any person and We will not be liable in any way to any person for any loss, damage, claims or expenses arising out of such action.

The Content is for general information purposes only and We make no representations and give no warranties as to the suitability of third-party resources or services described on or referred to in the Website. Inclusion of any third-party content on the Website is not an endorsement by Us of any person, entity, product or service. Any use of Kids Beyond Cancer’s materials or information by another person or entity is entirely at their own risk.

All intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright and trade marks, in respect of the Website itself (including its design, layout, branding and original content created by Kids Beyond Cancer) are owned by or otherwise licensed to Kids Beyond Cancer. The Website also curates and links to publicly available third-party content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kids Beyond Cancer does not claim ownership of, or exclusive rights in, third-party content, and such content remains the intellectual property of its respective authors, publishers or rights holders.

These Website Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. We and You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Queensland, Australia and the courts of appeal from them.
